How do I find referrals that offer specific types of treatment?
In order to find referrals that offer specific types of treatment, enter your location and click "Search". You will be redirected to the list of care options. Here click on “Speciality” and then select “Treatments.” After clicking “Treatments,” scroll or type ahead to find the appropriate treatment(s). Click on your choices. To start searching for referrals always begin on the homepage. Here you will find basic filters such as “Location,” “Setting,” and “Specialty,” which means you may find a referral depending on where the patient lives; their desire to meet online, in-person, or combined; and concerns they want to address. Click on each section to find a drop-down menu, make choice(s) by clicking on them, select the “Confirm selection” button, and click on “Search” to start. Once the import is complete, you will see a list of resources (providers) that you just uploaded. An “Active/Pending” tab will help you easily identify providers who have already created accounts (Active) and those who have not (Pending). How to assign an admin role for a team member?
If you decide that you would like to increase a team member’s level of access in the database (e.g., manage your resources or invite providers), you can grant admin access for your team members.
