How do I find referrals that offer remote and in-person services?

To find referrals that offer remote and in-person services: 
Step 1: Enter a desired location and click Search. 
**Step 2: **You will be redirected to the list of care options. Navigate to Availability in the filter bar and then select Setting.
**Step 3: **Find your preferred method of communication and select that option in the drop-down menu.
**Step 4: **To save your selection, click Apply.
