Why do providers receive an email if I'm a Group practice admin?

Once you’ve entered a provider’s information, they’ll receive an email inviting them to activate their account by creating a login and password.


Don’t worry — they’re not required to enter any additional information. As the Group Practice Administrator, you manage the profile setup. The email simply gives the provider access to view their profile or make updates if needed.
