Which of my contact info would be visible on the platform?
While onboarding, in step 5, providers are required to fill in both email and phone fields. Although this information is mandatory, you can choose what will be displayed and shown to users of MiResource.
You can select one option as your preferred contact (as shown in the screenshot below), which means only your preferred contact will be displayed.
Note: Online Scheduler is optional and now is in the development stage.
