What's the reason I can't get past step 5 while onboarding?
This is often caused by an incorrectly formatted website URL.
Example of the correct format:

](https://www.youtube.com/) Not: youtube.com or www.youtube.com
To fix it, copy the full website address (including https://) directly from your browser’s address bar.
