What's the reason I can't get past step 5 while onboarding?

The issue might be caused by the website field not being in the correct web format. For example, youtube.com should be entered as https://www.youtube.com/.

To ensure you have the right format, simply copy it from your browser's address bar. Alternatively, you can share your website address with the Support team, and they will be happy to assist you with the correct formatting!
