What should I do if my invitation link doesn’t work?

If you’re seeing an error after clicking your invitation link, it’s usually caused by cached data or cookies stored in your browser. Here’s how to clear your cache and cookies depending on your browser:



For Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Internet Explorer

Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete

Mac: Press Command + Shift + Delete

Then:

  1. Set the time range to All time
  2. Check “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”
  3. Click Clear/Delete data



For Safari (Mac only)

  1. Go to Safari > Preferences
  2. Click the Privacy tab
  3. Select Manage Website Data
  4. Click Remove AllRemove Now
