Premium profile F.A.Q.

Q: What is the difference between a premium profile and a regular profile?

Premium profiles that meet a care seeker's search criteria are showcased first. These profiles also have the word “premium” listed next to the provider's name.


Q: Does this mean that now I have to pay to be listed on MiResource?

No. If you do not want to upgrade to a premium profile provider, your regular profile will remain listed for free in MiResource.

Q: How can I cancel my subscription?

Q: I’m not a MiResource provider but I would like to list my practice. How do I join?

Click here to subscribe to MiResource and you will be sent an invitation to create a profile.
If you are in-network with an insurance company or have received an invitation from a university, please email them to request a free sign-up link.


Q: I already have a MiResource profile but want to upgrade it to premium. How do I do that?

Click here to upgrade to a premium profile.


Q: “We have 15 providers in our practice, is $25 the price for all of us?”

No. The $25 subscription is applied to each profile individually. If you want to upgrade all of your providers to premium profiles, the cost would be 15 x $25 = $375/mo


Q: Where can I get a payment confirmation?

As soon as the payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation from Stripe with the email you provided at checkout. If you haven't received your email,click here to log in and retrieve your payment confirmation.


Q: Where will my premium profile be listed?

Your premium profile will be listed on miresource.com. If you have been invited by another organization such as a university, your regular profile will continue to be listed for free in those directories.


Q: How can I check if my profile has been promoted?

Premium profiles have the “Promoted” stamp right next to the provider's name.


Q: There are other providers with premium profiles. How can I ensure my profile continues to be at the top of the list?

To ensure your profile remains at the top of the premium profile list, update your availability as frequently as you can. MiResource uses a combination of premium profile batches and the most updated profile to showcase search results. This means that if your profile is updated frequently, it’ll remain at the top of the list of premium profiles. Tips for keeping your profile updated:
Respond to our Availability reminder email every 15 days by clicking the buttons within the email to confirm your current availability.
When your availability changes, click here to log in to your account and update your current availability.
