Q: What’s the difference between a premium profile and a regular profile?
Premium profiles appear first in search results when they match a care seeker’s criteria. They’re also marked with a “Premium” badge next to the provider’s name.
Q: Do I have to pay to be listed on MiResource now?
No. Regular profiles will always remain free and searchable on MiResource. Premium profiles are optional.

Q: I’m not a MiResource provider yet. How do I join?

If you're in-network with an insurance provider or received an invitation from a university, email them to request a free sign-up link.
Q: I already have a MiResource profile — how do I upgrade to premium?
You can upgrade by clicking here.
Q: We have multiple providers — is $25/month the cost for all of us?
No. The $25 subscription fee is per profile. For example, 15 providers would be $375/month (15 x $25).
Q: Where can I get a payment confirmation?
You'll receive a confirmation email from Stripe after checkout. If you didn’t get it, log in here to retrieve your receipt.
Q: Where will my premium profile be listed?
Premium profiles appear on miresource.com. If you were invited by a partner organization (e.g., a university), your free profile will still appear in that directory even without a premium upgrade.
Q: How can I tell if my profile is promoted?
Your profile will have a “Promoted” badge next to your name when it's part of the premium tier.
Q: How can I make sure my profile stays near the top of search results?
MiResource ranks updated premium profiles higher. To keep your profile visible:
- Respond to the availability reminder email every 15 days
- Update your availability any time it changes by logging in here
