How can I make sure that my profile shows that I offer remote care?

You can indicate your availability for remote care during onboarding or anytime afterward.

To set or update your service type:

  1. Log in to your MiResource account
  2. Go to your Dashboard and click Edit Profile
  3. Navigate to the Location section
  4. Under Service Type, choose one of the following options:
    • In Person Only
    • Remote Only
    • In Person and Remote





  1. Click Save to apply your changes
