How do I create a profile?

Welcome to the MiResource community! To get started, use the invitation link or QR code that has been sent to you to create your profile. Once you're on the "Account Creation" page, click the “Create Account” button and fill in the following details:

First name
Last name
Email
Confirm email
Password

After your profile is created, you will receive an email confirmation. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder. To ensure future emails from us don't end up in SPAM, we suggest adding info@miresource.com to your contacts. We want to stay in touch! 😊

Do I have to receive payments from my clients/patients through your platform?

Accepted Answer

Payment isn’t linked to the platform yet, but this option will be available in the future. To choose your payment methods, click on the corresponding forms of payment you accept in your practice. If you accept insurance, select "In-network insurance" and then choose the companies with which you are in-network.

What should I do if my invitation link doesn’t work?

Accepted Answer

If you are trying to create a profile but encounter an error after clicking the invitation link, it is likely due to cached data and cookies in your browser that need to be cleared.

If you're using Internet Explorer, Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox, you can quickly clear the cache and cookies with a keyboard shortcut. Please follow these instructions:

Open your browser. a. For Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete simultaneously on your keyboard to open the appropriate window. b. For macOS: Press Command + Shift + Delete simultaneously on your keyboard to open the appropriate window.
Set the time range to "All time".
Check "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files".
Click "Clear data".

If you're using Safari:

Go to the Safari menu bar and click "Preferences".
Go to the "Privacy" tab and select "Manage Website Data".
Click "Remove All".
Click "Remove Now".
