# What's the reason I can't get past step 5 while onboarding?

This is often caused by an incorrectly formatted **website URL**.
#### **Example of the correct format:**
[**__https://www.youtube.com/__**
](https://www.youtube.com/) **Not:** [**__youtube.com__**](https://youtube.com/) or [**__www.youtube.com__**](https://www.youtube.com/)
To fix it, copy the full website address (including [**__https://__**](https://www.youtube.com/)) directly from your browser’s address bar.
