# How to assign an admin role for a team member?

If you decide that you would like to increase a team member’s level of access in the database (to manage your resources or invite providers for example), you can grant admin access for your team members by following these steps.

**Step 1: **Navigating to the __Manage my team__ page 
To navigate to this page:
* Click on your profile to open the drop-down menu
* Click **Manage my team**

**Step 2: **Moving the __Admin__ toggle to the right 
To do this:
* Navigate to the **Team members** list 
* Click on the **Admin** toggle of the team member you would like to promote

This team member will now appear under the __Admins__ list
