How to add team notes?
Team notes is a feature that allows Admins and Team Members to write notes about providers that are only visible to others in their organization. Students and those in other higher education organizations cannot see these notes. These notes can be found on the Active tab in the My resources section of your profile.
Note: A green dot on the team notes means that a note has been written about the provider, so it may be helpful to read the note before referring a student

If you’d like to add team notes, please follow these steps.
Step 1: Navigating to the My resources page
To navigate to this page:
- Click on your profile to open the drop-down menu
- Click My resources

Step 2: Adding team notes
To add a team note:
- Click on Active to navigate to the Active tab
- Once you are on this page, click Add team note next to your desired provider

- After typing your note in the text box, click Save
- Your team note will now be found next to their profile
