# How can I send invitations to my providers?

To send invitations to providers, please follow these steps. 

**Step 1: **Navigating to the __My resources__ page 
To navigate to this page:
* Click on your profile to open the drop-down menu
* Click **My resources **

**Step 2:** Sending invites
There are two ways to send invites to providers: 
* **Method 1: **Manually click on each provider whom you would like to invite  
    * Note: Providers who have not received invites will be marked with **Mail not sent** 
* **Method 2:** Click **Select all** and all providers who have not received the invite will be selected to receive the email 
* Click **Send invite**

* Once you are on the next page, you will see the template of the email that will be sent individually to each provider you selected
* Click **Send** to send the emails

When the invite is sent, the notation in the “Pending” tab will be updated with a “Sent” comment.

Congratulations! Once the provider receives the invitation, completes the registration, and creates their profile, the account administrator will see this on their **My resources** dashboard in the **Active** tab. Each provider’s profile is represented with a separate, short description of their availability, specialities, identities, etc.
