How can I send invitations to my providers?

To send invitations to your providers, click the names of the providers to whom you want to send an invitation.



Or “select all” by clicking on the corresponding button. Then click the “Send invite” button in the upper right corner.



After clicking “Send invite”, you will see a preview of text which will be sent to selected providers. 

The subject and body of the invitation will be auto-populated specific to your institution and organization. We’ve made it as easy as possible!

Click on “Send” after you made sure everything is correct.



When the invite is sent, the notation in the “Pending” tab will be updated with a “Sent” comment.



Once the provider receives the invitation, completes the registration, and creates their profile, the account administrator will see this on their “My resources” dashboard in the “Active” tab.

Each provider’s profile is represented with a separate, short description of their availability, specialities, identities, etc.



Congratulations! The provider has registered.
