How can I send invitations to my providers?
To send invitations to providers, please follow these steps.
Step 1: Navigating to the My resources page
To navigate to this page:
- Click on your profile to open the drop-down menu
- Click My resources

Step 2: Sending invites
There are two ways to send invites to providers:
- Method 1: Manually click on each provider whom you would like to invite
- Note: Providers who have not received invites will be marked with Mail not sent
- Method 2: Click Select all and all providers who have not received the invite will be selected to receive the email
- Click Send invite

- Once you are on the next page, you will see the template of the email that will be sent individually to each provider you selected
- Click Send to send the emails

When the invite is sent, the notation in the “Pending” tab will be updated with a “Sent” comment.

Congratulations! Once the provider receives the invitation, completes the registration, and creates their profile, the account administrator will see this on their My resources dashboard in the Active tab. Each provider’s profile is represented with a separate, short description of their availability, specialities, identities, etc.
