Checking providers’ invitation status

Once you’ve imported/manually added your providers, you will see the list of resources (providers) that you just uploaded on your My resources page.


An Active/Pending tab will help you easily identify providers who have already created accounts (Active) and those who have not (Pending). 


If you’d like to check your provider’s invitation status step-by-step, please follow these steps:


Step 1: Navigating to the My resources page 

To navigate to this page:

  • Click on your profile to open the drop-down menu
  • Click My resources 


Step 2: Verifying a provider’s invitation status 

To verify this: 

  • Click on the Pending tab
  • Search for your desired provider and view their status. 
    • Note: Here you can see whether or not a provider has received an email invitation. If they have, you’re welcome to send them a reminder to join MiResource.
