Welcome to MiResource! 🎉 To get started, use the invitation link or QR code you received to begin setting up your account.

Open the Invitation

Click the invitation link or scan the QR code sent to you.

Create Your Account

On the Account Creation page, click Create Account and enter the following information: • First Name • Last Name • Email • Confirm Email • Password

Confirm Your Email

Once your profile is created, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If it doesn’t show up: • Check your spam or junk folder • Add info@miresource.com to your contacts to avoid missing future emails

How do I add the Simple Practice widget to my profile?

The SimplePractice appointment-request widget is a tool that makes it easy for potential clients to view your availability and request an appointment online.

Note: The appointment-request widget is only available on the SimplePractice Plus plan.

Step 1. Viewing the appointment-request widget

To preview your appointment-request widget:

Navigate to Settings > Widget on your SimplePractice page
Click Preview Widget

Step 2. Adding the appointment-request widget to your MiResource profile

To locate the code needed to embed your appointment-request widget:

Navigate to Settings > Widget
Select Copy code

Open your MiResource profile editing page by login in
Go to Schedule
Insert the SimplePractice code into the available field

All set! Now your customers can use SimplePractice to schedule appointments directly with you.

What should I do if my invitation link doesn’t work?

If you’re seeing an error after clicking your invitation link, it’s usually caused by cached data or cookies stored in your browser. Here’s how to clear your cache and cookies depending on your browser:

For Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Internet Explorer

Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete Mac: Press Command + Shift + Delete Then:

Set the time range to All time
Check “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”
Click Clear/Delete data

For Safari (Mac only)

Go to Safari > Preferences
Click the Privacy tab
Select Manage Website Data
Click Remove All → Remove Now

Do I have to notify my insurance company when I move to a different address or state?

Depending on where you move, your insurance policy may change. If you move to a different state, it is very important that you notify your insurance company because you may need to switch to a new plan or a different company. You can follow these steps to update your address online. You can also call your insurance and talk to a representative. If you move within your state, your plan won’t change, it is only important for you to update your address in case you ever receive mail from your insurance. However, the exception is for some HMO plans that provide service coverage for specific counties, so an address change can mean you go to a different facility and network of providers.

How to delete my account?

We’re sorry to see you go — but if you’d like to delete your account, here’s how to do it:

Steps to delete your account:

Log in and go to My Dashboard, then click Edit Account

Scroll down and select Delete My Account

Note: This action will permanently remove your profile and all associated data.

To confirm, type DELETE in the confirmation field
